WIP Beta Access: SimpleBreasts 2.0

I'm sharing this beta version of SimpleBreasts 2.0 exclusively with my higher tier patrons in order to get feedback before a polished, complete launch. As with the penis WIP I shared, please be aware that anything and everything is subject to change!
I'll try to keep things simple and brief:
1) I focused on improving the breast shape, textures, and bending. The 1.0 breasts did not play well with a number of sliders and morphs (especially breast droop), so I created these breasts completely from scratch to try and counteract those issues. I also tried to improve on the overall appearance, including the shape and the texture. I hope you all like them!
2) There are six shape options. The shapes are focused on the nipples, as with the 1.0 breasts, and include: Standard, Small, Inverted, Puffy, Conical and Flat.
3) There are currently three overlays for areola size. The overlays come in two types - the "standard" design and the "flat" design. The standard overlay features two extra areola sizes, and the flat oerlay features one extra areola size. You can find the overlays in the Body Skin Details section, using the Arm Birthmark slot. They can be paired with any of the breasts.
I'm not 100% sure how I feel about these overlays and how they turned out, but I'm interested to hear other opinions on them.
4) NEW: There are color overlays included in the package. There are seven overlay shapes, each available in 20 swatches (the same range as the SimplePenis 2.0 color overlays). The first four color overlays are designed to work with the different sizes of areola overlays, while the other three color overlays are different designs that I believe pair well with any of the areola sizes.
5) The breasts are all compatible with the WW Body Selector. You can find them in the list of body parts as "Simple Breasts" followed by a descriptor of the nipple type.
6) Custom icons are not included. I'll be creating custom icons for the content that's included, but as with the color overlays, I'm going to hold off until I receive feedback on these. (The overlays have a placeholder text icon so they're easy to find/use).
7) The Standard Nipple breasts are set as a CAS default.
8) Please know that I've tried to make the breasts look as good as possible at various weights, heights, sizes, etc. In CAS, the breasts can be manipulated in a variety of ways, way more than the penises can! Because so many sliders and body shapes and sizes impact the breasts, it's almost impossible to make breasts that look 100% perfect at every combination. I've also tried to optimize the breasts to work with the game's official sliders, and I can't make any guarantees on how they look if you use CC sliders that alter the game's underlying values for things like breast size, droop, body weight, musculature, etc.
9) The 2024-02-04 update alters the overlays. I've removed the first set of overlays, which were two areola size options, in favor of a new set of overlays. (If you have any sims saved who had those overlays on, you'll receive a message stating that CAS assets were removed. This is expected behavior.)
There are now 18 overlays (pictured in the previews above), which are comprised of the following variations:
Three areola sizes - standard, medium, large
Three areola brightness levels - standard, bright x2, bright x4
Two areola styles - textured, smooth
In addition to the 18 standard nipple overlays, there are 18 inverted nipple overlays offering the same areola options. The reason for this is because the original overlays allowed the nipple texture to show through, but the 18 new overlays do not (it looked bad when they did).
The inverted nipple overlays are under a separate catalogue entry (and the placeholder icon indicates that they are the inverted style). Unfortunately the inverted overlays may look a little odd when putting them on in CAS because the default breast has a 3D nipple shape, but if you pair the overlays with the actual inverted nipple breast - either in CAS or in the WW Body Selector - they'll look correct.
I hope these new overlays offer more visual variety to your sims!

2024-07-19: No new zip file! I'm almost ready to launch SimpleBreasts 2.0 - it'll have a brand new post accessible to all patrons, so I wanted to use this post to give you a very quick update on what's changed in the full release version:
1) The default areola textures are now lighter and smoother (using existing overlay #5). After looking at a whole host of google image references for ideas, I thought this change brought the breasts closer to an "average" appearance. It also lets the default breasts play better with texture overlays and also with color overlays for thumbnail purposes. You can still get the look of the previous default breasts by using texture overlay #1.
2) I've removed two of the color overlays (the last two, which added stippled ring/edge effects) because when I was looking through them in CAS I found it difficult to tell the difference between multiple swatches, and some didn't look like they were even visible. I tried upping the intensity but it just looked like someone had drawn a flat color over the nipples, so I've taken them out. I might re-design these and offer them in future.
3) I kept finding I didn't fully like the medium/larger stipple texture overlays, so I made them smoother around the middle and kept more of the texture effect on the edges. I also cleaned up the edges of the textures for less of a blurry/stretched appearance on the inner edge. I uploaded a picture - at the front of the preview pictures, rather than the end - showing the difference between the previous versions of the overlays and the current versions.
I hope you feel these changes are improvements on the Beta WIP version!
2024-07-03: Added two new color overlay sizes: a new small option (currently the smallest) to fit the texture of the Puffy breast shape, and a new large option (currently the largest) to fit the texture of the largest areola overlay (specifically the flat nipple overlay). The difference in overlays can be seen in the last preview picture.
Barring any major user feedback or me suddenly remembering something I've forgotten to do, I expect this to be the last beta update before I polish up the files, create CAS thumbnails, etc and give these a wider release. I'm open to making future changes as needed and desired, I just don't want these stuck in WIP/beta access forever. Thank you!
2024-06-07: Changed the size and texture of the Conical nipple option after user feedback. Added five color overlays in 20 swatches each; see note #4 above. Preview pictures of the Conical nipple change and the color overlays are at the end of the image scroll.
2024-02-05: Fixed an extra breast swatch that appeared in CAS.
2024-02-04: Changed the overlays available. See note #9 above.

I've tested the 2024-07-03 release today. IMO they look amazing! Smooth, realistic texture and the new color overlay sizes are spot on. I can't see it getting better than this!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm working on some stuff to try and address some of these notes, just wanted you to know I'm not ignoring it lol. I can at the very least make a color overlay that better fits the large flat texture overlay, but there's also some other options I'm investigating related to the other notes. Any chance you could go into a little more detail, or maybe share a screen, of the blending issues you're talking about with darker/cold colors? Or maybe just tell me what skintone/breast style/texture overlay combo you're using so I can replicate it and see it for myself? Sorry for the late reply, had some real life stuff come up!

I've been excited to see breast updates! Awesome. Thank you. I appreciate the new colour options; there's some blending issues around the edge of the texture with some of the darker or cold colours (like the blue-ish swatch), but maybe that's unavoidable? I do notice that the flat nipple texture doesn't seem to work well with even the large colour options. I actually like the flat nipple texture the best, personally, I almost wish that the normal areolae had the same look around the edges (the flatter-looking swatches with out the noisier texture)

Thank you! I'm glad that you like the new overlay options. I'm hoping to get some pinks, reds, browns, etc in the color overlays - something sort of similar to the existing penis color overlays, probably. And I plan to look at the detail and size of the conical nipples to see if I can make some improvements there. I've removed the extra swatch in the CAS version of the breasts and uploaded a new version of the file (but didn't send a notification because it's a fairly minor change).

Holy moly, the nipple variety on the new version is awesome! I'm looking forward to the colour swatches, maybe you could have a few cute pink nipple colours. The top has 7 swatches but it seems from the preview like there's only supposed to be 6: the 1st and 3rd swatches are the same. And I find the tip of the conical nipple to be too light coloured; in my opinion it makes the conical nipple look a little unusual with some of the lighter skin tones. Thank you kindly for the update. It's great.

Thank you! As I said to omglaserspewpew, I'll either look at lightening the default textures or perhaps create an overlay that is lighter, depending on what I think works best. Also re conical size, noted - I'll see how I want to approach that. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Thanks! Though I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "an accompanying skin detail" (is there one in the picture that I'm not seeing?). I can either look at lightening the nipples or making a set of overlays which are lighter, depending on which I think looks best overall.

The shape of the 2.0 versions is a lot smoother, for sure. That's a huge win. IMO, the Conical nipple should be a bit smaller, but I do love the shape. The new larger areola size is a bonus. I love that one! I'm eager to see the color overlays later when you release them. As omglaserspewpew stated, maybe the default nipple color could be lighter, then have the option to darken and color it with the overlays. I love the variety! I have no complaints after a bit of fooling around in CAS and testing out various sliders (including magic-bot's default boobs v2). I love the new shape. Perhaps the nipples could be lighter by default, closer to the shade of the flat nipples? I love the flat nipples in particular but it'd be boring if all of my sims had it. I'll follow up if I notice anything in play, but first impressions are extremely positive. Thank you.
