Hey! If you're asking about how to use them technically, they work like any other clothing. You can select them in CAS as part of a sim's outfit if you want. I know some players like to create outfits that have the appearance of being naked without having to actually undress the sim. I sometimes do this if I want a quick set of dressed/semi-dressed options to click through for taking screenshots. A lot of players will also use the CAS versions as reference when designing a sim - to make sure that body hair, color overlays, even the appearance of the genitals all look good together on the sim. I don't really have any idea how to use the CAS versions, how they would help.

I only use the CAS version to "adjust" how I want my sims privates fit in terms of colouring or to see how large or small their erection is and to identify which size or type I want when choosing one in game.

I use the CAS versions all the time to see how it looks and to set colors and what not before applying in game through ww.

i dont really use the cas versions to wear out - more to just see and adjust the skin details for the dick and balls

That is also how I use them, so once I identify my favs, I rarely go back to it.

I use the CAS versions to gage how big the bulges should be on a sim's outfits, so they're helpful to me even if I don't keep them on my sims after leaving cas 🤭

I found that I cannot use them, anymore, to have the naked as underwear option that I want.

I'd like to be able to place erect penises on both male and female Sims so it shows in-game. Just walking around with a stiffy. Yep! 😉

I would love it if you created a separate version where all genitals & chests were categorized for all outfits. More clothing creators are making accessory bottoms that allow space for a dick, having to change every category to Everyday is a pain.

I use them less than I should but I do find them very helpful when workshopping how my trans Sims will look while naked or during sex. Transmasculine Sims in particular kind of lack for options so I like to see how it looks in CAS first if possible.

I always sure them in CAS. When creating sims I like to start out with them naked to get their body shape, skin details and decide what chest/penis the sims will have. Then after I'm done creating, I set the chest/penis in WW's.
