Update: SimplePiercings for Male Breasts

This update also corrects an issue where the pierced male protruding chest was showing up in CAS by accident. Whoops! It should be all fixed now.
NOTES:
Reminder that this is a script mod, and should be placed no deeper than one folder level in your /Mods location. "/Mods/Simdulgence" is okay, but "/Mods/Simdulgence/Piercings" is not!

I found 2 little problems. 1) White Circle after sunbathing. (Simple Breast problem) 2) The position of the left piercing is wrong. Look at this: https://postimg.cc/DW8t24fV Edit: I only use bodyparts from you.
