Open Robe for Male Sims
🕑 Added 2021-04-15 15:36:29 +0000 UTCI've wanted to make this for a while. I remember an open robe from a previous Sims game that had a set pair of boxers, and if you didn't like those, oh well. This robe gives you the freedom to put whatever you want on your sim's lower half - even nothing at all!
The robe is a full top which can be paired with almost any clothing bottom in game. Some clothes, like items that flare out at the thighs, will cause clipping. The only solution would have been to make a robe wide enough to not clip anything, which would have looked too big and bulky.
In addition to clothing bottoms, the robe can be paired with necklaces, rings, gloves, socks, and shoes. It will restrict wrist accessories (to avoid clipping issues).
The robe uses the default Maxis chest, and will show the right chest texture based on your sim's weight and muscle. It is completely compatible with SimpleGens, RealGens, and should also work with any other genitals of your choice.
You can find the robe in the Sleepwear category, in the Jackets subsection (nothing else seemed appropriate, and the "Robe" category is for full body items only). It is available for male sims in 12 swatches.
NOTES:
1) I picked a sex shot with minimal clipping because it looks good. The robe will clip sims and furniture in some poses, like any clothing does.
2) The robe should work with any CC skins that adhere to the Maxis texture layout.
3) I do not plan on making a version for other creators' naked chest shapes.

Yeah that kind of thing always bugged me! My sims always ended up with robe texture on their balls lol. Not any more!
