First you need WickedWhims, its free here: https://wickedwhimsmod.com/ Then after that is correctly installed, download this animations pack. I put all my animations in a single folder in the Mods folder just to keep track of them all. The first time you load the game with WW you'll have to go through the settings, takes a bit to get used to. After that its off to your very own porn studio hehe
