Every character you've listed can be created. I'll start with Uraraka, then work on the two Pokémon characters in the following months. I won't be working on Mirko for now, as I currently avoid creating the same character multiple times.

The last character can be created, and it should be completed in about a month. I'll find time to assess the feasibility of the other characters and get back to you. However, since I still have other requests to complete, I won't schedule multiple requests from the same person within the same month.
