The Franky voice you must be recognizing is our very own Mr.2 Bon Clay. 😁 Regarding the Live Action, I'd bet people already told you but there's a certain spoiler in it which is only fair to warn of, and it's safe after this saga. I don't really care when you react to it; I've seen all sorts of reactors already, from people with no One Piece knowledge, people before this arc, people after this arc, and reactors caught up with the anime as well as the manga. The spoiler isn't too insane if you see the Live-Action before the end of this saga, but it's up to you if you care to remain unspoiled, as it's still a big deal for many people. So you get to choose whether or not to wait 70ish episodes from this point to not get spoiled by the Live Action, which I think isn't too bad. It's less if you skip filler, and if you're busy with other shows you might already not be able to get to it by the time you finish this saga and it's safe. I'd wait but that's just a suggestion.
