The flash must've been intended to be a comedy, it genuinely fits with kid shows like the thundermans and henry danger

I finished this video. Also, did Barry even know "Weather Witch" was going to counter? the amount of lightning he threw out her would've burnt her to a crisp, and he has super speed so there is no way he expected her to counter that, despite the fact that she did due to stupid writing. He was going to burn her to a crisp. The same way he did with sandman. Also, if Barry came out holding her in cuffs, that would mean he did all of that only to prove he could've run up and cuffed her no problem. She seemed completely unharmed by that lightning blast other than a "NOOOOOO". I don't know who's dumber. Nora for not expecting a hero to risk his life for others, or Barry for putting himself in those situations for no reason.
