On discord or the embed? And as a solution, have you tried the alternative one to the one you're experiencing sound problems on?

The problem is that the Bot on discord regulates all roles, because only the Bot can keep track of everyone's subscriptions effectively, so I can't manually give you the role myself. :( You kinda have to resolve the discord issue some other way to get the role.
