Plank Time! ππ»ββοΈ
🕑 Added 2022-01-31 20:54:49 +0000 UTCWork from home workouts have been a bit more challenging lately...mentally πΉ. But I guess they are welcomed challenges distractions. Sometimes my cats think my mat is another opportunity to lay on something comfy, or they attempt to catch my flailing ponytail, or my boyfriend will just join in and it's just a whole party. But I guess my body could use the additional challenge of two 10 pound weights πͺπΌπΌ
