Cat-xiety π
🕑 Added 2021-01-05 17:42:15 +0000 UTCYou know how when you're just existing, and you just google the symptoms, and all of a sudden the internet tells you you're dying? Well, that was no different when I first adopted my cats xD Since working from home spared my mind a lot of time to wander around the internet, every little thing the cats did always worried me because my brain just LOVES to go to the darkest places. If they breathed funny, I thought they were suffocating, if their poop didn't look perfect, I thought their organs were failing, if they did anything, I just thought they were going to die, so I worried 24/7. I also have a doggo back at my parent's house who was also going through a health issue, so I felt like that amplified my anxiety more. However, at the end of the day I had to learn to be less "hands on" with my cats and just accept some of these imperfections are normal. Of course if something serious happened I would take necessary actions, but during that time, I learned that being a good cat mother sometimes just means to let things beβπΌ(and chill the fcuk out)
