🕑 Added 2019-08-20 03:20:54 +0000 UTCI will never forget how I was greeted on the school bus the first day of middle school -- it was the most sarcastic, insincere "celebration" ever. I always hated how there was a hierarchy of power based on your age, and for some reason that granted kids the right to pick on other kids. The moment I entered the bus, I remembered a bunch of eighth grade boys just yellin' "WELCOME TO SIXTH GRADE WOOO" in the most sarcastic, primitive way, and I had to walk down that aisle as chaos continued to ensue. People keep tellin' me I'm gonna miss being a kid when I'm older and as of right now -- I'm GOOD xD. How was your first day of sixth grade / middle school?

I took the city bus so don’t remember to much but I remember it was fun

Never took the bus since the school was within walking distance. I remember being terrified when I learned my locker "partner" was two grades and nearly two heads above me. Fortunately, the guy (named Zebulon) got expelled before the first week was done -- turned out the school frowned on students trying to fight teachers.
