I started this one, and as always y’all are fabulous but I cannot stand to hear her voice anymore. I had to turn it off. She literally makes my eyes twitch at this point. I hope that after she’s sentenced, she disappears into nothing. I don’t want to see her or hear her name after that day.

wow, the cross exam was actually shorter than I anticipated for some reason... but then again, as the prosecutor said... the suitcase will speak for itself! she really does come across like she's completely unable to respond to a question without feeling the need to somehow correct the person asking, even when it's a totally pointless thing to dispute or add to or suddenly not remember and ohhh shit is it crazy to watch her facial expressions, (especially in fast forward)

the funniest thing is that she actually did have a case (imo) for manslaughter and/or using Battered Woman Syndrome as a defence. but then she scared off all her lawyers, acted unhinged for a year and decided to take the stand 🤷🏼‍♀️

Her demeanor was so cold and unbelievable. I found the suitcase portion to be particularly morbid. Watching her responses and genuine annoyance and reluctance to answer questions just because they might make her look bad, even if looking bad in those ways is beneficial to her self defense case, really showcased her avoidance at responsibility fueled by genuine self obsession and narcissistic ego.

The prosecution handled this masterfully. They knew she wasn’t going to cooperate during cross so they just used their rebuttal case to impeach the everliving shit out of her. In turn the murder victim himself ended up being the best witness in this trial. Check. Mate. Justice for Jorge🩵
