Dang. I wish I had a girlfriend like you. I have a trauma history and a band of arthritis spanning ear to ear from strangulation and I get lots of headaches/ migraines. My ex always thought I was being lazy if I tried laying down in the middle of the day. Thank you for this. Itโs going to be a go to the next time I have to try to overcome one. As always, youโre the best.
