Thanks. Not saying it is good, but it does make you tougher. Stuff that would annoy you can see past. I guess it gives you endurance, if that makes sense. I really do enjoy your audios, it gives me a good idea what is good/ healthy interactions are.

I know what the person is going through. I am used to being yelled at for breaking stuff, and also other stuff. For me, I just learned to not care. Even in other aspects of my life, not caring is my way of keeping myself safe. So I do not get hurt. Sorry for venting.
