Early Access! Tips for School Anxiety
🕑 Added 2021-07-11 21:41:37 +0000 UTCHi Pinecones! This audio is a little different than what I usually make, but with classes coming up soon, I really wanted post this. If you deal with anxiety or anything that makes conventional classes difficult, maybe this can help. I know that hearing that you’re not alone can be encouraging, and I wanted to tell you that you *can* make it through school even if it’s hard.
I wanted so badly for someone to tell me even though they struggled that they made it through and so could I. So I’m telling you now- even if you have really bad anxiety, or sensory issues, or stuff that makes leaving the house difficult you can do this. And it will be worth it! And I am so proud of you for facing your fears.
