Emi's 3rd Pregnancy #11 - I Need Off This Ride
🕑 Added 2025-03-23 20:57:43 +0000 UTCFor Emi's last pregnancy pic (no overdue), I've got something special! A collaboration between me and the folks that are probably most known for the Temple of Fertility! EmbraceAbundance, WarmindAsura and FiskPrime all worked on the amazing story below, I'm so so glad they were able to capture the final week of Emi perfectly.
For those unaware, ToF is a running series of stories that put storytelling and good characters over fetish elements. Though they still have plenty of the latter, it isn't simply just pure fetish fuel (tho those are great in their own ways). So if you're looking for a slow burn story wit characters you'll grow to like, be sure to give it a shot!
My part in this collab will come in due time, I'll be sure to upload it to my page as well when the time comes. :D

(Week 40)
Emi grunted and flailed for the doorframe. Her face scrunched up in exertion and her legs wobbled and shook beneath her. The edge of her colossal belly pressed against the wooden frame before her hand finally made firm contact. She held the sturdy frame of the extra wide door in a near death grip. She let out a couple of shallow breathes as she tried to recover her strength.
"You sure you don't want help?" Matt called from his spot on the air mattress.
"Nope," Emi grunted through exhausted breaths. "I got... this... I... need to... be able to do this..."
Matt sat up higher and looked at his wife with concern. She didn't have to look over her shoulder to feel his eyes. Emi took another breath.
"Babe, go back to bed," she said as her breathing normalized. "I can do this. It's just to the bathroom and back. I'll be fine."
When no response came Emi readjusted her grip on the door frame and took another deep breath. She summoned what little strength she had regained and lifted with her legs while arching her back. Her hands came off the frame to reach around and under her massive breasts and gripped the side of her equally gravid stomach. Emi waited until she was sure her balance was stable and then began the slow and arduous process of lifting her right leg. She lifted it just far enough that it left the ground, before sliding it forward off the carpet and onto the linoleum of the bathroom floor. She exhaled, then repeated the process of slowly sliding her left leg slightly forward next.
She got about two more small shuffling steps in before she could feel her legs beginning to shake again. She grunted and gently lowered her belly to the floor. She felt a chill run up and down her spine as the taut skin contacted the cold floor. Her hand once again reached for the door frame, trying to stabilize herself, but her fingers only found open air. Now that her massive body was firmly in the middle of the entryway, she couldn’t reach the frame past her enormous breast.
With no other option, Emi leaned forward slightly, allowing her body to sag against her baby-packed womb. She could feel the few babies closest to her torso squirm slightly at the added pressure.
“Sorry… but you guys are… heavy,” Emi said between labored breaths. The former bluenette sucked air into her lungs again as she surveyed how much further she would need to travel. She was almost through the door frame, but with how slowly she now moved, it seemed like it would take ages to get to her destination.
Emi took another minute to recover again before beginning the same arduous process of lifting her massive body, taking a few unsteady sliding footsteps forward, and stopping. With both her belly and breasts extending more than a meter in every direction, she had to do most of her navigating with vision fully obscured by her own body, leaving her effectively blind. As she ponderously waddled deeper into the bathroom, she misjudged the distance between herself, her breasts, and the large tub built into the corner of the room. She felt the side of her breast and areola bump against the edge of the tub. She grunted as she felt a spurt of milk gush from her nipple and patter to the tile below.
"Fuck," Emi cursed, knowing that she would need to either find a way to somehow wipe up the mess, or wake Matt to do it for her. "Find a way to do it yourself," she grunted again as she eased herself down to the floor. "You can't be completely helpless."
Emi exhaled and rested against her boulder of a womb, her chest heaving from the exertion of moving her incredible bulk around. She quickly scanned around the bathroom as her eyes looked for anything that could be used to sop up the milk she had just inadvertently painted the floor and tub with. Her eyes stopped when they locked onto a hand towel that was left next to the sink.
"You can do this," she wheezed to herself. "It's only... a few... meters away."
Emi looked down at her belly, took a deep breath, and heaved herself upwards. She repeated the steps of slowly lifting her girth just high enough off the floor to begin moving it, and this time took more than a handful of shuffling steps. She had just enough energy to turn her body at the proper angle to be able to then reach out and grab the edge of the sink for support.
"Oooookay," she huffed and sucked more air into her lungs.
She looked over at the wet spot on the front of the tub. It felt like it was at the other edge of the world, even though it was only a few meters away. Emi then looked down at the hand towel next to her shaking arm, then over to the spot by the tub. She exhaled, grabbed the towel, and simply tossed it in the direction of the mess.
"Going to have to be good enough," she said softly. "I'll just tell Matt when I make it back to bed."
She let out a disappointed sigh. As she did, she caught a glimpse of her reflection in the mirror mounted on the wall behind the sink. The face staring back at her was nearly unrecognizable. Emi frowned and tried to fight her welling emotions as she gazed at herself in the mirror.
From her hair to her gaunt face, to her slender arms, she couldn’t believe the toll this monumental pregnancy had taken on her. It was as if her womb and the two dozen babies crammed within it were sucking the vitality from her to fuel their growth. She felt like she was a person attached to her enormous tits and belly rather than the other way around. It was a miracle that she was capable of moving unassisted at all. She was thankful the incredible Auctus Factor that caused her rampant fertility also gave her just enough strength to not be completely immobile.
Emi gazed at her reflection. Her emerald eyes slowly fell down to the three culprits of her near immobility and the source of her miserable mood. Even she could hardly fathom just how large she had become. She was absolutely ENORMOUS. Emi felt like the personification of unbridled fertility. Week after week, the three orbs that comprised her belly and breasts had continued their runaway growth until they completely overwhelmed her entire body… and then grew even further.
Her small hands glided over the parts of her belly she could still reach. The skin was stretched to the limit, a mess of angry red stretch marks covering the entire globular surface. Heat radiated from the taut dome of flesh, the 24 little buns within it truly making her feel like an oven. It loomed out in front of her, jutting nearly a meter out from her torso and curving down and out of sight. It was so massive that it was only a handful of centimeters off the ground, even when she was standing at her full height. Emi was certain her womb was significantly wider than the rest of her torso, but it was difficult to see by how much.
“You two just refused to be outdone, huh?” Emi complained as her hands moved from her belly to her breasts.
Just like her previous two pregnancies, Emi’s boobs had skyrocketed in size. The twin orbs hung heavily to either side of her gigantic belly. Their immense size, paired with her belly, meant that she was now wider than she was tall. The outer curves of her ever-growing breasts extended well beyond her outstretched hands, curving down towards the floor and out of her line of sight. Even now, her nipples hovered somewhere just off the ground. One wrong move and the thick nub of hypersensitive flesh would collide with the ground, releasing yet another spurt of milk.
And there was so much milk. Her production had spiked so immensely in these final few days that Emi felt like she was attached to a pump 24/7. She could practically feel herself filling up with more milk as she stood there despite having pumped less than an hour ago. Her breasts were always taut, stretched, and aching. The pins and needles feeling she always experienced when full was almost constant now. It would only briefly subside for 20 to 30 minutes immediately after pumping. But the more she pumped to relieve the sensation, the more she would end up making, and the quicker she would fill up. It was a vicious cycle that she was quickly growing tired of.
“Ugh. You guys know the babies aren’t here yet right?” Emi scolded as she rubbed the surface of her over-productive mammaries. Her eyes lingered on her slender arms, frowning at the disparity between them and the massive mounds of fat below them.
Emi pulled her arms back and returned them to the sides of her belly before heaving herself upwards again. She struggled to turn her bulk around so that she could see what had become of her once proud backside. Just as she felt her legs beginning to shake, Emi completed her turn. She gazed over her shoulder at her reflection. As her eyes drifted down the length of her backside, she felt her shoulders sag as she once again saw her waif-thin hips, butt, and legs.
“So much for my mom bod…” Emi grumbled as she was again reminded that the padding she had spent all of her second pregnancy acquiring was now completely gone. “I look like I did in high school from back here… maybe smaller…”
It was surreal to see herself from this angle. She had lost so much and yet she had gained more than she had ever imagined. Despite how drastically her backside had shrunk, her overall weight had soared. As the soft and delightful padding around her body evaporated away, her brood and the twin milk tanks destined to feed them all grew larger and heavier. And it seemed as though the closer to her due date she got, the quicker the kilos piled on. According to Aya, she had put on nearly 10 kg in just the last week alone.
Frowning, Emi mentally prepared herself to once again try and move her incredible mass closer to the sink. She was so tired and uncomfortable, just the thought of turning back around seemed daunting. She closed her eyes and took a few slow, deep breaths, gathering what scraps of willpower she had left.
“Okay, Emi. You can do this… One… Two…”
On the third count, she grunted and began her slow rotation. As she shifted her immense weight, she accidentally leaned too far to one side and instantly regretted the decision. Her engorged breast pressed into the linoleum floor, causing a chill to shoot through her breast and race down her spine.
“Fuck!” She gasped. “So cold! Shit!”
Before she could react, she felt more warm dampness spurt from her right nipple and onto the floor. The sudden letdown also caused her left to dribble some milk in sympathy, the thin rivulets of nourishing fluid running down the underside of the breast and pattering gently to the floor. She couldn’t see it because of her girth but knew there were now twin puddles slowly growing beneath her. The pressure of contacting the floor combined with her perpetual fullness and the chill of the linoleum always did this. Emi cursed again, her fragile emotional state beginning to crumble.
“Dammit, Matt’s going to kill me,” she whined and fought back tears. “I just wanted to get a drink of water by myself, not make a mess of the bathroom!”
Before she could process her predicament further, she felt something shift within her. The chill and her sudden jerks had woken a few of the children packed within her gravid womb.
“Oh fuck,” Emi grunted in alarm. “Not now, little ones. Please go back to sleep!”
But her pleas fell on deaf ears. She felt one kick down near the floor while a second squirmed somewhere on the right. She grunted and gripped the sides of her womb as she braced herself. Her eyes widened and she gasped as the small handful of movements caused a cascade of motion and movement within her enormous belly. It rolled through her like a tidal wave as the first two children set off and woke the other twenty-two.
“Gaaaaah,” she gasped, as she felt them all suddenly kicking and wiggling and stretching her already red and distended skin even further.
Emi gritted her teeth and tried to breathe through the mix of pleasure and sensory overload she was experiencing. She knew she couldn’t allow her balance to shift at all, or else she would risk more milk leaking, or disturbing the children further. She felt her perpetually itchy skin stretch and bulge visibly in places as she watched her brood jostle and writhe within her. She whimpered and gasped and did her best to will her way through the moment.
After what felt like an eternity, the surge of fetal movement slowly subsided. When everyone finally settled again, she exhaled heavily. Her arms and legs burned, and she was sweating from the exertion. She slumped against her womb once more, too tired and spent to keep herself upright. She let out an exhausted and defeated cry. It was soft and quiet, and she did everything she could to fight back tears.
As if her body would not be outshined by the life she was carrying, it chose that moment to let a loud growl rumble through her stomach. Emi shook and willed the horde to stay asleep through it. They ignored the mental request, and a fresh wave of fetal movement rolled through Emi. The overwhelmed mother-to-be grunted, scrunched her eyes closed, and stifled a frustrated cry as she did her best to literally hold on as she waited for the dual sensations to pass.
When they finally did, she opened her eyes. Tears brimmed them as she looked up at the ceiling.
“I’m so sick of this…,” she panted softly through her frustration and falling tears. “I don’t want to be pregnant anymore… this is too much… even for me…”
She looked back down and took a hand off her belly long enough to wipe her eyes with the back of it. She replaced it again, took a steadying breath, and was about to reach for a glass when she felt another kick, this time directly into her bladder. Her eye twitched as she suddenly felt her knees knocking for an entirely different reason.
“FUCK,” she grunted. Emi took multiple breaths and finally glanced at the door. She stifled another sad moan as her resolve finally broke. “Maaaatt?” She called softly. “Baby? I… I need you!”
Matt immediately stuck his head around the door, and Emi’s eyes went wide as she realized he had been just outside waiting for her to ask for help the entire time, “Took you long enough, you stubborn idiot.”
“Just help me, please?” She said softly. “I… I feel bad enough.”
Matt walked forward and planted a kiss on Emi’s forehead, “Sorry. Didn’t mean to make you feel worse. Now come on. Bathroom. Water. Back to bed. We got this.”
Emi nodded, sniffling as she wiped a single tear from the corner of her eye. Matt did his best to put his hands on her shoulders in spite of her immense girth.
“Just a few more days,” he said softly. “You can do this. And when you can’t… Ask. Don’t try and do it all on your own. That’s why Aya and I are here. There’s no shame in needing help. You have handled this so amazingly well, and we are both so proud of you.”
Emi nodded again as a fresh wave of tears fell from her eyes; the deluge of hormones in her system made it impossible to keep her composure. She reached out as best she could, and Matt leaned forward over the top of her enormous womb. She wrapped her arms around his neck and just held on.
“Thank you,” she whispered. “It’s too much. I’m just too damn pregnant. I want it to be over already.”
“It’s okay,” he replied and awkwardly hugged her back. “And Em?”
She looked up, her eyes red and puffy.
“For what it’s worth? Still sexy,” he grinned and then planted a kiss on her forehead.
For the first time in days, Emi smiled.
