(Week 30)
Emi bit her lip in and attempted to stifle a low moan as she pulled her hand out from her underwear. Reaching her nethers had become an increasingly difficult task, and she was unsure of how much longer she would be able to do something as simple as pleasuring herself. She stretched out across the couch, and let out a soft exhale as she came down from her orgasm.
Several gunshots pulled her attention back to the action TV show she was ostensibly supposed to be watching before she had gotten so distracted by the attractive main character that she had felt the urge to touch herself. The show was great, but at 30 weeks pregnant her hormones were raging out of control and this was an occurrence that happened multiple times a day. She knew she would have to rewind the episode again, but the urge to slip her hand between her legs had trumped all logic. She needed to let off some steam, and she knew it wouldn’t be long before even that was quite literally beyond her reach.
Emi breathed out again as she reached for the remote before she sensed something off inside her. She braced one hand against the couch, and the other against her belly as she winced slightly. The sensation rolled through her much like the orgasm before it, and started as a low and barely audible growl. She gripped the couch harder as she felt her tiny body begin shaking.
The sound emanating from within her core grew louder and louder as her stomach grumbled loudly. It shook her entire belly and was clearly audible over the explosions coming from the TV. It lasted longer than she expected it to, and caused her to once again bite her lip as the vibrations even shook her sensitive bits alongside the rest of her.
Emi couldn’t help but giggle before the rumbling had even subsided. She looked down at the massive expanse that was her belly, and spoke directly to it, “Sheesh… Let me get off first.”
It predictably gave no response. The bluenette looked to either side of her on the couch. It was awash in various discarded containers of food, empty bags of chips, and wrappers from a multitude of snacks. She leaned slightly and snatched what she assumed was one of her most recent bags of chips, and peered inside. She raised it to her face, and tilted it upwards to drain the crumbled remaining bits it into her mouth. She pouted as only a few crumbs fell into her mouth.
“I swear to fucking God, these things are mostly air,” Emi grumbled and rolled her eyes. She tossed the bag aside and onto a graveyard of similarly shaped and colored polypropylene and aluminum.
Without pausing the show, Emi leaned forward as best she was able. She guided her hands down to the couch and around her massive breasts, before pushing off from its surface. As she stood she felt a slight pleasurable shudder run up the length of her spine as her gargantuan belly was pulled downwards by gravity. It gently pressed against her thighs and crotch and she again bit her lower lip.
Emi was barely three quarters of her way through her pregnancy, and her belly was already as large as it had been when she was full term with the Sextuplets.
‘Fuck yeah I had SEXtuplets,’ Emi giggled to herself.
Her breasts on the other hand hadn’t gotten the memo. They had insisted on continuing to steadily grow, and now completely dwarfed her previous full-term form. They slid off the couch after her as she pulled away from its surface, and bumped up against the sides of her massive belly. She grunted approvingly at the sensation as she felt them jiggle and settle.
Emi exhaled and then began her slow waddle over to the kitchen to see if there was anything available there to eat. As she slowly turned the corner through the doorway she paused and leaned on the doorframe for support. She huffed and sucked air into her lungs as she looked into the room.
She watched as Aya bustled about inside preparing ingredients for their dinner. Despite having a young family that already exceeded Emi’s own, the stubborn young doctor had insisted on helping her through her unprecedented pregnancy. That had ultimately meant leaving Kouta to care for her children during the day, and it was not something that Emi took for granted despite her externally bubbly and carefree attitude.
It also meant that Aya was essentially handling the management of two large families, both Emi’s and her own, and was doing so with far more grace than Emi had ever expected. The bluenette had chalked it up to Aya’s near supernatural planning abilities and unending levels of patience. But even Aya had had to make some concessions in order to make everything work.
Since they had first met Emi had been amazed with Aya’s naturally large and pendulous breasts, and Aya’s pregnancy had only enhanced their size. While most of Emi’s breast growth typically took place over the course of her pregnancies, Aya’s had been different. The combination of her milk naturally coming in and the demand placed on her body to feed ten hungry infants had caused her already expansive bust to grow yet again. In the time since she had given birth her breasts had swollen to nearly double in size.
Aya had mentioned at one point that her excessive growth had to do with fertility levels, and the human body’s reaction to feeding large pregnancies. As such she found herself with a need to milk herself regularly, and her burgeoning bosom didn’t leave the girl with many options. Eventually she was forced to settle with wearing nothing, but a zipper-style hoodie out of pure convenience- a zipper Aya often left purposely mostly unzipped. Doing so created a long line of cleavage down her front, and while Aya claimed it was simply for practical purposes Emi suspected that she was witnessing the beginnings of Aya embracing her natural body shape.
Emi continued to watch from the doorway and couldn’t help but lick her lips as she stared at Aya’s jiggling cleavage. There were a pair small wet spots where her nipples pressed into her hoodie. As if on cue, Emi’s stomach chose that exact moment to betray her and grumbled loudly. Aya turned immediately, catching Emi staring at her breasts.
‘Shit,’ Emi thought.
Aya instantly looked down at her line of cleavage as her hand absently brushed up against the one of the two wet spots on the front of the sweatshirt. She frowned and tugged on the zipper to close herself up.
“Could you please not stare…,” Aya chided.
Emi smirked in response and continued to stare directly at Aya’s mammaries,
“But I’m sooo hungry. And you have plenty… The kiddos won’t miss it. Won’t you share with your poooooor starving friend?” Emi did her best to rub her large protruding belly. “I’m wasting away over here!”
Emi joked, but the claim wasn’t entirely false. To her recent dismay she’d noticed that her plump ass was looking less and less plump as the weeks had gone on, and that her thighs no longer rubbed together as tightly as they once had had at the start of her pregnancy. Aya simply rolled her eyes and shook her head.
“Just grab a snack from the fridge. I’m still about an hour away from finishing dinner,” Aya finally replied, and turned back to the large pot of curry on the stove.
Emi huffed and turned toward the fridge. As she shuffled towards it her eyes lingered on Aya’s breasts. She smirked to herself. They had officially grown so large they now remained visible even from behind. Aya couldn’t hide them from her even if she wanted to.

We can't have this pregnant princess "wasting away"! Surely, Emi can have something filling from the konbini delivered while she waits for Aya ;P Great job on this one! Absolutely love seeing Emi this huge, but I'm serious about keeping her full, we can't afford any calorie deficits XD.
