When You Wish Upon a Star

As the old saying goes:
"If your heart is in your dream, no request is too extreme" She must have really meant what she said when she uttered that wish.
Here's a little story Araymba wrote to go with this:
“What happened to me?” Ari said staring at her new paw. The massive claws coming out of her fingers taking most of her attention.
“Did my wish actually come true? Since when did that happen, I never did get pony I wished for when I was five.” She licked lips. Pony sounded tasty. She shook her head. Can’t be weird now. Have to get home.
She looked down on her truck. She looked down on it and could see the roof. She didn’t get much past the window let alone able to look down on the roof. Her hip was window height now. Could she be able to look into second story windows? She had to get home, She wasn’t going to sleep on the ground and the tent was beyond to small for her now. The seat it in the truck could maybe fit her thigh, so driving home is out.
She caught sight of her phone out of the corner of her eye. She rushed to scoop it up but stopped last second. The thing was the size of her finger. She gently nudged it into her hand. ”Siri, call Dad.”
“The weather is clear skies, and the temperature is seventy five degrees.”
“Siri, call Dad.”
“The weather is clear skies, and the temperature is seventy five degrees.”
“Dammit I said call Dad, how does it remotely sound like I’m asking about the weather?”
“Sports news-”
“I didn’t say sports you stupid bitch!” she screams before hurling her phone toward the moon.
“I guess I’m walking now. I think there is a deer not to far over there though and I’m starving. I think I’ll grab a bite to eat first.” She flicks her tail and readjusts on what’s left of the seat of her pants.

The American flag waved in the imaginary moon wind. The stillness of the grey landscape unbroken, until the blast from the explosion of the first Iphone making planet fall.
