Dibiase says when I first showed up here, everyone wanted to know why I was here, well, they realized I was here looking for the person who could carry my legacy on, whomever it was would have to be strong physically, mentally and strong of heart. Winners never quit, you’ve never quit. You’re the million dollar champion.
Grimes: Ted, when you showed up, you drove me nuts, but I’m glad you tested me, because when I got all that money, I thought I was a big deal, but I didn’t have the accomplishment to back it up. And as I did all that dirty work, I knew I couldn’t let the same happen to you. So at Takeover, I became million dollar champion. But as I stand here, I have a question: where does Grimes go now?
Dibiase: TO THE MOON!
A bunch of dollar bills come flying out raining over the crowd.

Joe: At Takeover 36, I stood across from the most dominant champion in NXT history (?) I’m the first three time nxt champion. We should celebrate tonight, but I did not come to celebrate. To be NXT champion is to be king in the land of savages. When I came here today, the tension in the air was more palpable, the stares were a bit bolder. So now I’m here to answer one question: Who among you are bold enough to step to me?
Pete Dunne comes out.
I don’t care how many times you’ve held the title, you ain’t the baddest around here. Head to the back, fetch your mate regal and tell him, make the match. And Joe, don’t make me provoke.
