Cody gets on the headset, he says what we DON’T do here is kick 62-year old men, then he gets a mic- comes to the ring
I don’t win every fight, but I sure as hell have a better chance when I know its coming. Tommy End, answer the call- I feel like fighting!
Black in a smokey room on the tron- I once saw a man kill a horse, and I asked him why, and the tears were streaming down his face, it was his prize stallion, won him titles, he woke up one day and looked him in the face, it wasn’t the same. It had become cripple, he wanted to let him go out with dignity. So he fed him his fav food, put a bag over his head and now we’re here. When I came down and looked at you and Arn, and it just wasn’t there.
Cody: COME DOWN HERE AND HAVE A BETTER LOOK.
Black: I was hoping you’d say that. Lights go down, Black, appears. They fight, refs break it up
Tully interview: What was the cheap shot on Cody? Santana and Ortiz are there, they say you got a big target on your back and decide to walk these halls alone. They act like they’re gonna whack him with a crowbar, but don’t. They say they were taught to respect their elders.
Hangman Page interview:
This is what the fans want to see, Adam.
Since day one, I said I wanted to be AEW champion, I came so close. I failed. I tried to run from it, hide from it, but the DO is right I still need it. So I’m here tonight to-- Don interrupts.
You know you’re not that guy, brother. Nick reiterates. Gallows.
Matt says remember me? We were those best friends you abandoned. It blows my mind you left us for a bunch of losers. Your breath still smells like booze, which fits your narrative. Lets face it, your the next great wrestling tragedy. Matt goads him some more, says you don’t have what it takes to hit me, Hangman SLUGS him, the Elite surround, kenny loads up the title, DO makes the save.
Hangman says I want a match kenny, I’m not leaving til I get one.
Kenny says ok, we can do that. I can do one better, Not only do you get me, your guys against me and all the elite. 5 on 5, elimination style.
Hangman says that’s not what I wanted, but when we win, I get a shot at that title and they get a shot at your tag titles.
Kenny gets in the ring, you make a lot of demands for a guy not in power- but we get nothing in exchange, so I got a suggestion, after we beat your guys, not only do your guys lose their shot at the tag titles, you do too. I’m asking you to walk away. They say you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take, but you don’t fail either. And aren’t you just afraid to fail in front of all these people?
I’m gonna take an extra measure of pleasure when cowboy shit gives way to belt collector. Hangman says the DO does not back down from a fight so you are on.
Jericho interview: MJF is a smart guy, he uses Greek mythology to get the best of me, I don’t care who you bring in front of me, I’ll knock them out. I will walk through fire to get to you, run across broken glass and ruin your life the way you ruined mine. Spears runs in there and whacks him with a chair. MJF sits next to him, your first labor is next week, and its a match against Spears, and he can use a chair and you can’t. Then they hold his arm down and attack it.

You know whats daunting? Keeping Nyla Rose relevant. She’s beat me multiple times, she’s at the top of the food chain, I’m off the menu. Vicki, lucky for you, you have a last name that will forever keep you relevant. Nyla, not so much. You need this to have any sort of significance in AEW. It’s going back around my waist where it belongs. Even without it, I’m still DMD.
