Earlier today, The Way and Dunne/Lorcan brawled
Austin Theory vs. Oney Lorcan
Should be a solid win for Theory, who needs to pick up some steam in-ring. Lorcan matches always look like they suck for his opponent.
OOh they do a chop off
John and Pete comes out as Lorcan lays into Theory, hits running corner strikes til Theory explodes with a blockbuster
Austin hits like a weird spanish fly thing for two
Gargano and Dunne go at it, fighting up the ramp as the refs break them up
This distracts Theory, who gets pulled in by Lorcan and hit by his finish, pins Theory for the win

LA KNIGHT in the shower wearing a chain, he’s in a fancy airbnb with some escorts who laugh at his crappy jokes in a hot tub.
He takes us to his rented fancy mercedes I think and says he’s gonna prove why he’s the man to carry on the million dollar legacy
Haha Dok Henrdix with an IYH SLAM JAM promo
Legado promo
Santos calls out Reed, says after you sandwiched me and cost my brothers, I’m gonna make you pay-- he’s like immediately interrupted by Reed, who’s all piss off ghost-- no, he says after I squished you last week-- and he rolls footage, you definitely had to clean you pants out, insinuating he shitted himself. Santos gets mad, says come in the ring and do it again. Reed says ok, he charges down, MSK run out to even the odds. LDF leave. Santos then challenges them to a winner take all match. They all say fine! Fine! Fine! Wes asks to see the footage again. HIT ROW show up, Swerve stares down Santos, heads to the ring.
Killian Dain vs. Swerve Scott
Scott’s ring gear is immaculate. Teal iridescent.
Dain unloads with strikes, a huge lariat, then a HUGE funsplash as Swerve tried to evade running the ropes
Swerve finally evades him enough to hit a flatliner and a kick to downed Dain
Adonis tries to get involved, Drake takes him out, so Dolla DVDs him on the apron
Dain talks shit to Dolla, Swerve takes advantage taking his legs out, then a big dropkick for 3

Poppy arrives!
The Way interview: Candice, why have you been so vocal about Poppy? Cuz you have the tag team champs here and you ask about Poppy. Indi says I heard Lumis put on my headphones last week and cried- he still loves me!
Grimes is at his orlando house, he makes his pitch to be the million dollar man. Cuts the promo between the framed legs of some lady. He burns a hundred dollar bill and chokes on a cigar.
Mercedes Martinez comes out for a match, immediately attacked by Xia Li all over the outside, but Mercedes is still able to beat her opponent in less than a minute.
Breezango interview, Fandango calls Walter the Germany Champion.
Poppy shows up and Triple H awkwardly asks about when her new tracks are gonna drop, she pulls out her phone and does it, he’s amazed by tech, then Lumis shows up and gives her a drawing, she hugs him and Indi shows up and freaks out crying. Triple H is doing Haitch Face the whole time.
Grimes and LA Knight pull up, they’re told by Dibiase’s bodyguard tells them they need to get inside. Grimes says you’re like a waiter, begging for tips. Knight says you’re the only rich guy who lives under a bridge. Grimes says I’m so rich I live under TWO bridges.
Dibiase has his announcement, he asks Knight and Grimes to come out. Knight comes out first cuz he slapped Grimes money away, but Grimes has his music cut and big leagues him.
Dibiase says it’s time for you to literally climb the ladder of success. A ladder of gold descends. Knight says it’s been clear since I’ve been here I stand head and shoulders above everyone here. Come Sunday if I need to climb this ladder, so be it, there’s only one man who can carry on this legacy, and it’s not this HILL JACK, it’s LA KNIGHT.
Grimes says I may be a hillbilly, I may be smelly, but Grimes is a millionaire- HillJack? I’m living on a HillTop. Dibiase you said its not about the money, its about what happens in this ring and no one can beat me, I’m gonna take your legacy TO THE MOON. He climbs the ladder, says Ted, as I climb this ladder, I don’t know what I’m supposed to be reaching for Ted! What am I reaching for?? Dibiase has his dudes bring in the MILLION DOLLAR TITLE.
Backstage, Kyle and Kross are being separated by refs.
Ever Rise say they’ll be hosting the pre-pre-show.
GRIZZLED YOUNG VETS vs. August Gray & Jiro! He wears a blazer in the ring!
Jiro gets some offense in on Gibson, but Drake tags in and they take him apart.
Thatcher and Ciampa come down and set up chairs to watch, which distracts GYV and Gray gets in some more of his shit, but soon after, Ticket to Mayhem gets the win

Bob Fish is working out, tells Oney he hasn’t forgotten
Candice Lerae promo, she comes out to the ring, says she’s sick of hearing about Poppy- you hijacked my interview and you stole Indi’s man. Everybody knows Index was a thing ok? And now she’s left this place in tears. So you have two options, the easy way- come out here and face me, or the hard way and I can give you a proper intro to the NXT parking lot.
Poppy comes out. She says I don’t wrestle, but I know someone that does. IO SHIRAI comes down, lays out Candice.
Another Dok Hendrix SLAM JAM
During commercial, Raquel stares down Io backstage
Dakota Kai vs. Ember Moon
Ember is so damn good. Hits a somersault STUNNER which was rad.
Kai hits lights out for 2
Ember drops Raquel on the outside, chucks Kai to the outside, hits suicide dive, looks for eclipse, Raquel big boots her off! DQ finish
***
After the match, Raquel and Kai attack, Ember boots Kai out of the ring, while Raquel goes for her finish, Ember counters Raquel’s finish by stunning/Eclipsing her way out. Then goes up, hits another. Drapes the title over Raquel, walks out.
Kross video promo, says you all have an opportunity to be in the ring with me, but you don’t have to wait til Sunday to show the world what its like to be flatlined, don’t be late tick tock
Regal lays down the law for Kross, he says he runs NXT and they won’t do this now. Kross says you don’t run anything, this show has been out of control for a very long time (which is totally true), and now we’re in my world, and I’m telling you, I’m not leaving until the four of them come out and face me.
KO comes out, says you have thin skin, you overcompensate cuz you’re insecure, cuz it’s only a matter of time before a guy like me takes your title.
Gargano says someone call a doctor those are some sick burns. Kross, you’re gonna let him talk to you like that? You’re not Johnny Wrestling, nor are you Johnny Takeover, and if I were you, I would go over there and choke Kyle out. Try not to stumble over there, you’re not the most graceful guy.
Kross says HEY JOHNNY, MARK- I’ll come over there and--
Pete Dunne says SHUT IT, I’m sick of talking and waiting, I’m gonna come in and show you why come sunday I’ll be NXT champion.
Cole shows up on the tron from the negative zone, Cole runs everyone down, says I verbally destroyed you, and you did nothing. I know why you want that five-way, cuz you don’t want a one on one with me where I’ll run circles around you. I don’t even have to beat you to win, maybe I’ll beat one of the others, but until then, have fun. KO steps up to Kross, slaps him, gets decked, big brawl breaks out with Kross taking out everyone plus the security guards. Security holds Kross up while everyone gets their shit in on him, til he comes back and gets his shit in. He holds the title up, gets superkicked from behind, again, then a last shot 2.0 from adam cole bay bay. He holds the title up.
