Sammy says why should I believe you? Ever since you’ve come here, you’ve been a failure. YOu were a failure in nxt too. He doesn’t care, he’ll fight everyone, Sammy is starting the match.
Dash says May 5, don’t bring these soft complacent jericho lapdog versions of santana and ortiz, cuz if you do, you won’t make it out.
Dax says it’s almost a guarantee that someone’s career or LIFE may come to an end, I’ve talked to my family about it. You’re in my world, I’m not afraid to die. Both of you have families, grab and hug and kiss your kids, and whisper in their ear a message from uncle Dax, daddy ain’t coming home.
Santana says 7 days ya’ll gonna be locked in a cage with us. May 5 I’m gonna let me hands do the talking.
MJF to Jericho: Thank you. Without you, there is no AEW. YOu were the draw for the lapsed fan to come back and created the inner circle. You put your rep on the line every time you come out here, you look exhausted every time you come out here. Heavy lies the crown, but don’t worry cuz next week, Im gonna do you a solid, I’m gonna take that crown off your head and my family is gonna replace the inner circle at the mountain top. I appreciate what you’ve done, and that’s why when all is said and done, I will once again utter the words thank you, your spot is mine.
Jericho: You self righteous, self gratifying prick. How dare you be so entitled to think you could take someone’s spot, maybe you think you can absorb a spot, or a tetris game, you wanna spot, yiou gotta earn it. I’m damn proud I was 25 curtain jerking for WCW. BUt at 25 I headlined Japan, Germany, Mexico, that’s where I earned respect and the rep to put me at the top of this game. We are blood and guts. We are a family- how long have you known these jackoffs? Three months? THese guys have been my family since AEW started. If 1969 was the summer of love, the summer of 2021 is gonna be the summer of pain and violence for the pinnacle and next week summer starts early for you.
KIngston comes out to fight Nakazawa, tells him to get out of the ring, I’m not doing this, get in the ring, champ. Kingston quickly gets the upper hand, puts a chair on his leg. Get in the ring of I’ll break his ankle. Kenny says, he knew what he signed up for. We have more goons, send out Cutler, Cutler comes flying out, Mox comes out behind him, attacks Kenny. THey put the chair on Kenny’s leg, Mox wants a tag match with Kenny and Nak, Callus agrees. Eddie says see you next week!
Taz backstage- we just witnessed Cage beat Page, that makes team taz number one. Idiot Christian shows up, he says Hobbs made one mistake and you capitalized. Cage: One time, you were the baddest dude, you beat dudes down, talked a big game. These days, you can’t back up your big game, so you surrounded yourself with the best young guys, when they succeed, you’ll bask in their glory. I represent everything you wish you could do. You wanna leach off me like you leach off Team Taz. I don’t believe in win or lose, I believe in win or LEARN. Hobbs will learn one day, and Starks will too. One day they might learn they’re better off without you.
