Patron-only video time! Taking a look at some new CRT TV's!
🕑 Added 2019-11-20 14:03:40 +0000 UTCHey guys, here's a new video just for you guys! I recently acquired some CRT TV's and I thought this would make for a fun video. Funny enough, one of you actually messaged me after I purchased the Princess TV saying I should buy one. You know me too well XD
Also, it's Patron appreciation day! I just want to say thank you guys SO MUCH for supporting me here. I say this all the time, but every little bit does help. I mean, it helped me buy the wacky princess CRT, for example, which will be used in videos. So you guys really do help make things happen and I am very appreciative. It's also nice to have this outlet to talk about things with people who really care about my channel, rather than go on twitter or something where anyone can read it. So thank you also for listening to my ramblings :)
Lastly, I'm not going to make a big deal of it, cuz it's really not, but I decided to take down my Frozen games video. I'm dressed up as a Disney princess and talking about inappropriate disney games, so I thought with all the recent youtube changes going on I better just be safe and delete it.
2019 has been a wonderful year for Erin Plays and you have been a huge part of it. I can't believe it's almost the end of the decade. Life is nuts, isn't it?
Anyway, I'll be back again soon with updates and I hope you enjoyed the video.
Sincerely,
Erin

Oh my gosh, thatβs a great idea! Maybe I should do a video on pong consoles with the black and white tv. Hmm π€ and no, I unfortunately donβt know the year of the tv. Thanks so much for being a supporter!

It's always a treat to see you geek out on retro equipment. The black and white TV is cool. I love the aesthetic of old appliances. Do you know how old it is? Playing a Pong console on it is probably a pretty authentic experience. I feel this paragraph was originally a bit of an uncalled for rant about YouTube so I've deleted. In short, I expressed regret that you had to remove content from YouTube. Thanks for all the great content. I'm proud to be a supporter.

I remember sometime in the late 90s (it was pre 9/11) helping a buddy of mine haul a 36β Sony FD Trinitron CRT up to his apartment, which was on the 4th floor of a 5 story walk up in the East Village. That thing weighed as much as a small car. My back was never the same after that π
