It's for his sword & sorcery fantasy setting where magic is powered by a form of ritualistic consensual sacrificial cannibalism witchcraft. For a sacrificed body part, a witch would perform a boon or healing. In exchange, the witches keep a portion of the life energies for themselves. Becoming a witch requires the womb to store magic, rendering her infertile. Here she is about to swallow a newborn child whole in exchange for a very powerful boon.

Same. But I have the view that anyone who purchases a commission is treating themselves. So I try to keep it to the original intent as much as possible. Having said that, I probably won't take an assignment like this again.

Not my kink, but that's fine. I will give credit for the fact that it is consentual, big plus for me. Tough the fact that a newborn is involved add some wrinkles to the situation.
