Chiming in to say how glad I am to hear you both on a new episode. I’ve always appreciated John’s way of thinking deeply about life, good and bad. It was inspiring to hear him considering what a new phase of life might look like. Thanks!
This was such a great listen. I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to see a podcast episode show up in my player. Idea: why not switch things up and have regular weekly episodes here and periodically put out “special” episodes on the regular feed. Might be a bad idea, but figured I’d share it anyway. Thanks for such a great show Dan and John!

God damn what a great episode. I too quit social media a few years ago, and I’m only 26. What John talks about here sounds very familiar — creating a whole new area in my mind to store jokes that’ll work with that audience and in the end, becoming the person an aggregate of followers want me to be. So glad to hear he’s doing well. Looking forward to more from both of you guys soon.
