What I think I like most about "cognitive load for wizards" is that it ups the stakes evenly. Like... It's gonna suck when a punch to the sternum breaks concentration on all of your spells simultaneously. But it's a glorious time 'til that happens... (I'll also add, we need a subclass that specializes in *maintaining* concentration, at a cost of something else. That one's harder to balance, but the same logic calls for it.)
