Steel clarifies that not all wizards get ‘S’ names, which we see with Galani and Morrow (forgive my guesstimated spelling), but what is the threshold? Is it only the cream of the crop that get ‘S’ names - if so, is there a letter of descending importance for more tiers? Most of all, WHO WERE THE FIRST 2 SKYS??? What is the called shot??
