The placement is not the issue, I believe the pack has some problems and bugs, save your progress and backup your save, then place the lot and make one apartment yours by selecting the rooms, but I believe someone has to own the building before you rent, like landlord, unless if you want to be it!

I love love love your builds, spectacular... how do I place the apartments though without issue? I have all of the CC and I never have issue with houses or businesses but I do when it comes to apartments and it's not just yours :-( my sims are currently living in this exact lot but the maxis one bc it's the best but yours is even better so an upgrade is in order!! thanks in advance whenever you have time to respond (no rush)
