I kind of loved this content. I didn't think I would because I never really understood the gym-bro mindset. I don't think I've ever been inside of a gym before, I don't exercise beyond moving about daily at work etc, but still this is just sort of wholesome. It's such a brotherly bond, and seems very healthy, how they encourage and push each other. I think I'm going to use it as motivation for myself. Probably not to this degree haha, but we've got to start somewhere.

I’m thinking the only restrictions to Changbin bulking up would be his ability to dance. But I’d think he’s an adult and can make his own decisions and use his own judgement. I am glad that maybe the company realised this.
