Minecraft, But Anvils Are OP...

Compatible versions: Paper [1.16 - 1.16.5]
Commands:
/opanvils - Toggles the plugin on/off.
/opanvils open - Opens an OP anvil.
/opanvils level <1-5> - Sets the currently unlocked level.

Guys remember for almost every plugin you will need to look at this article posted here (search:1.16.1 Server Jar [Paper/Tuinity])
same i did everything right
reload the plugin by doing /reload confirm if your using paper
i cant toggle it
as soon as I add this to my plugins folder, it does not let me toggle it
