Itβs ok! Many people think we wear grass skirts. The closest thing to that would be tΔ« leaf skirts. Theyβre really long, soft, green leaves that go from the hips down to the knees. Sometimes we leave the leaves whole and sometimes we shred (βstripβ) them. I guess from far away, the stripped leaves could resemble grass. π

Ooh this ones been on my mind! I was thinking about a hulu dance video? With a grass skirt and all? I think the sounds would be nice! Like the way you did the clothing sounds video. I figured since you're Hawaiian it would be fitting ππ maybe with whispering a brief history of hula dancing to go with it? π
