It's interesting how Kim used Jimmy's story to frighten that guy into accepting the '5-month' plea deal. So she's not averse to being a little dishonest if it helps her client. I guess that's altruistic fraud! lol. Although less theatrical than Jimmy's usual attempts, she was being deceitful, and, ignoring the semantic tip-toeing, committing a breach of trust. Still, good for her! haha
