AND we've seen the roof.. there's a waist high edge... Kenny's death was really where the writing got unforgivably bad.

What bothers me about the whole Kenny backing off the roof is , he fell face forward.

The Queering Eve Podcast season 3 recap episode suggests that Kenny died because he figured out that Konstantin stole the money from the Twelve. So Paul wouldn't have ordered the killing, and Konstantin was completely responsible. This is currently my favorite theory.
