I swapped to a Chromium based browser and it worked. Definitely seems like a mobile app thing.

this is likely the image not loading for you. I check both on my pc and my phone and it's loading fine.

it's likely an issue with android app (if you are using mobile version of patreon). I just double checked and the poll is indeed multiple choice and I can choose multiple options here.
