Thank you! The sky was 100% inspired on the images from the movies. I really like the "sunset/outer space" mix it has. Plus the color pallette is gorgeous. The great thing about the armor is that there's a very detailed action figure available, so I used as reference for most of the gear (changed a detail or two to better suit the image). About the hair, it was something I never did before, but nowadays I like to try new things with hair. I like how the hand pull the top up, but there's a lot of loose strands flying about. And I think you'll like the rest of her body ;)

Oh I'm much better thanks. It wasn't anything serious, it was more that I had to move the desks in my working office around, install the new ones and at the end of the day was one of those "omg my back!". And about the character, I have to say I really liked the idea behind this character. So I did my best to make her as baddass as possible =D

Thank you! I'm glad you like my style. I particularly like to make the image "realistic", but still keep some brush strokes visible. I think they add a lot of texture to skin and shapes of the body.

Oof, get well soon. Excellent detail work on the armor and hammer and you're right to be proud about the background it is amazing. I'm more of a fan of the original Thor, but the pose and the detail you put in this version tells me this Thor is pretty good to. 😄 Thanks again Krys.

You have done a truly outstanding job on this piece, the level of detail is sensational! And yes, the sky is bloody brilliant, I love the transition from dark blue in the upper right towards purple and then orange, with tonnes of variation in tone between them and a gorgeous sense of texture throughout it all. The armour is absolutely absurd with how intricate it all is, the designs and patterns in the breastplate, gauntlets and leather belt are breathtaking. Similarly so with her helmet, the hammer and I also really like the scratchy texture of her metal trousers. The colours are all contrasting so very nicely across her clothes too, especially so with the cool steel tones of her thighs emerging from the warm browns on either side and with that red between them too. And I do also adore the textures of the red cloth and how painterly the folds look. The hair is as beautifully intricate as always, especially the way it sweeps over her head as she runs her hand through it. Meanwhile the skin is simply gorgeous! I especially love her raised arm with the clear divide in warm light across the upper planes with the shadow running underneath, it really defines her muscles well and the way her pec/deltoid is separated from the arm is fantastic. Likewise, her mid-section looks terrific, I love the shadows on her right side, as well as the central shadow that divides her abs and the bright highlights just beneath the armour. Amazing work on this piece! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 And I can't lie, with how good the arm and stomach look here, I'm very interested in seeing how she looks without all of that armour 😉
