Ah, was late to seeing this! It was simpler than I thought it would be. I had to rebase our small custom changes on top of the latest Hometown release, run our migrations, and build assets like upgrading to a new Mastodon version.

Was it simple as replacing the `/mastodon/live` directory? Database all the same?
