NSFW WATER COLORS!
🕑 Added 2024-07-29 23:03:06 +0000 UTCDecided to try something new, and cracked out my watercolors this month. I've had a nice expensive set for a long time, but they intimidate me, so I rarely use them. I realized that since I'm getting more comfortable with my colored pencils, I should try combining them, and see how it turned out. These two pieces are the results!
I think I'm going to keep mixing this in, if everyone likes them. It's an entirely different experience, but it's fun, and it gives me some rich coverage on the colors. I'm still experimenting with which watercolor papers I like best for it, but it was kind of fun.
Also, had some trouble with Patreon accepting my ID, but that's finally all sorted, so stuff will hopefully run smoothly from here on out.

It's the watercolors, I'm guessing. They add a nice solid layer under the pencils.

I'm not sure how you are doing it but the colour seems deeper, more vibrant. Whatever you are doing now...keep doing it 😊
