Yeah mainly the difference between the left and right shoulder and arm the angle makes then look smaller than they actually are.

Probably the shoulder? The shoulder is kinda raised.

Yeah I am definitely not asking for Rias to be body builder. I probably used the wrong word when I said musculature, I meant moreso the balance of her overall arm length/width and leg length/width. In hindsight her legs are the right length but the arms don't seem quite right.
