Honestly I’m not really seeing the appeal and wouldn’t watch it on my own. The art is fantastic and I do love playing name that actor with the voices, but so far the story is just these two kids trying to get home. There doesn’t seem to be much else to it.

I’m not sure if anyone mentioned it but yes, Wirt is wearing 2 different shoes. A lot of reactors miss it, so I’m glad you noticed it. If I remember correctly most of the singers are professional opera and folk musicians. The music is so good I love it so much.

If you want to watch a horror movie for October, I'd recommend Godzilla minus one. Not a traditional Halloween movie, but honestly it's phenomenal

One cool thing about the tavern was the Highwayman, the term from the era here refers to a type of murderer that follows travelers, kills them and throws their bodies in ditches, then makes off with all their stuff. Wild they straight up had a murderer as a character here lol.

I also wanted to point out that right now 3 of the shows you're watching are my favs. This, gravity falls, and Vox machina. I don't know how many times its been recommended but i think you would absolutely love both Steven Universe and Centaurworld. Both have that silly start and ends up getting more serious and dark as it goes on.

I am actually so excited for you to be watching this show. Plus the fact that you are so close to my favourite, episode 5. Also yes the main appeal at least for my friends and I is the vibes and how visually stunning it is. I love the way every frame can be a piece of artwork to hang on a wall.
