It's best to think of Dio's Time Stop as mobility duration. The amount of time it takes for him to get somewhere or for him to move something.

- I am absolutely still enjoying these reactions of yours. 😀 - With Polnareff spitting his blood on the curtains, it looks like Dio's getting hungry. 😬 - Dio wanting "peace of mind" is a mood. IYKYK - "Muda" is a taunt/battle cry used to express futility. It can literally mean "useless". While Jotaro uses "Ora, Ora", Dio uses "Muda, Muda". 😅 - As nice as it is to think that Dio is more powerful than the Pillar Men, Kars' use of the masks turned humans into vampires which, in turn, was another form of sustenance for the Pillar Men to consume. Remember they could consume things through their skin? It's safe to assume Dio could have easily been defeated by them. 🤔 - That Dio pose with the cape. 😂 The posture is what gets to me. 😅 - Spooderman Jo-bros. 🕸️😁 - I can't express how grateful I am that you have reacted to the opening and ending songs for each Part of JJBA thus far. Dio had to have picked up Polnareff, bring him down the stairs by two steps, and then return to the top of the stairs with a menacing pose. 😅 Talk about messing with someone just to prove your superiority. - Whenever the show focuses on an animal, you just "know" something isn't right or isn't going to be right. 😗 Your spidey senses are giving you a head's up. Rest in pieces kitty. 🥺 - 😭 Joseph. He's telling him to "run away".😭 This part of the show always hurts to see. - Dio would technically be Jotaro's adoptive great great uncle but, currently, is using Jotaro's great great grandfather's body. Weird how that works. 🤔 - To think this all happened because George Joestar (Jonathan's father) made the decision to owe Dario Brando for "saving" his life. 🤦🏻‍♀️ - Pretty much like Pokemon. 😅 - "The Last Train Home" is always sad to hear. 😟 It's a sad reminder of those we lost. All because of Dio.

Fate was the one that turn DIO into a monster, and fate is unchangeable. Also being in a coffin for a hundred years can cause to go a little crazy. (Btw this is not an spoiler, is just a dramatic way to say that DIO is evil because he just is)

another anime you might enjoy is Baki, its a sort of fighting anime which takes everything to ridiculous levels, for example someone completly pulverising the bones in their own arm to intimidate their enemy. Its split into multiple animes: 1. on the stairs dio was just fucking with polnareff, like a cat playing with a mouse it will devour soon except with more sadism. because of how he moved polnareff and later the senator in stopped time, on my first watch I thought his stand might be some kind of space manipulation, like teleportation or spontaneous wormholes or something, but when kakyoin died it became clear. by the way there's a fun short clip where someone animated the scene of dio trolling polnareff on youtube, you might wanna react to that or watch it for yourself

Reunion

Kaykoin's backstory is my favorite in the series. Araki didn't even have to write that and it still would have been a great death. Also, Araki has always mentioned how he constantly feels misunderstood. Even as one of the most successful mangakas of all time he's felt that way but I think it wasn't until part 7 things started to change for him fortunately.

Dio would be Jotaro's great great uncle (by adoption) or some shit like that. Also technically his great great grandpappy since Dio have Jonathan's body, so theyre somewhat related. Hence Dio awakening the bloodline's stands. The family trees of this series are absolutely insane and somewhat hard to follow. If its confusing now, buckle up.

Dio is the first example we see of Growth Potential stats being worth a shit. His growth potential has been explained and you understood it. Other characters have had high growth potential stats, but none that we've actually seen in actual like Dios.
