Notice that the Tiger Claws are speaking Japanese, because they're a Japanese gang.

The cables Lucy has are called "monowire", the sword that the Tiger Claws guy had in his arm (not the one he was holding) is called "Mantis Claws" and the cannon inside of Maine's arm that he vaporized that guy with is called "Projectile Launch System". All of these can be aquired and used in game (only one at a time though) Theres also a 4th option (my favorite) called "Gorilla Arms" that just makes you punch really fucking hard Interesting thing about Monowires (Lucys wires) is that they can be used to upload malware to people while hitting them, so its both a really capable weapon AND a hack
