I can appreciate that storyline. At least it's not the "heat" thing. People are more than just their base instincts, and I feel like that's equally true for anthros.

It's a quest for both, safety and in a primitive way, and the recognition that the human, usually an enemy of her kind, saved her life. One of the things I wanted to do for this one was focus on the two characters as individuals, less so as extensions of their different nations and tribes and their conflicts.

In the nicest possible way, I was hoping that this comic would have an actual story, and not just be arbitrary porn for the sake of porn. "Heat" always feels a bit like a cop out; I'd rather pretend she's using him to eventually get him and his human allies to wipe out the rival clan who killed her clan-mates, thereby getting vengeance using her feminine wiles, and enjoying the human while she's at it.

She's in heat and needs to find a mate... her clanmates were all killed by a rival tribe, if the other tribe don't slaughter her right away she probably despises them too much to join, so the only available mate in the area is the "frontiersman"... At least this is what I understood from the mute pages.

This is absolutely one of my favorite comics of yours. The lack of dialogue is a huge plus and I am hoping for a happy ending for both of them.

It's interesting how you're telling a story without dialogue. Kind of wondering what her motivation is for going back to the human though. Enticing him into helping her get revenge, or is she starting anew? Either way, I always appreciate human guy/anthro girl stuff! Not nearly enough of it!
