There is actually a lot that can be determined from a skull, such as the age at time of death (roughly) and ethnicity. when born, a baby's skull is softer and in pieces that are not fully attatched. as we age those pieces fuse together, the lines where they fuse can help determine age, but it is only truly accurate for someone that died before adulthood, as those "pieces" are completely fused together by adulthood. So Robin would not have been able to tell that they were exactly 30 (using just the skull, would be more reasonable if she used the rest of the body), but instead that they were like betwee 20-40 years old or something like that. BUT, Robin is an anime archeologist so she is just so good at archeology that she can tell the exact age anyway.
