Kenpachi named Yachiru after the person he most admired, which was Unohana
also Zaraki named his lieutenant Yachiru based on the person he admired the most, Unohana Yachiru, i think this was stated early in the show in a flashback about how Yachiru and Zaraki met (his lieutenant didn't have a name when they met)
