The football players they mentioned are all real but Noel Noa is a Dutch football player irl. In Bluelock he's French so I guess they used his name for that character.

First time watching and tht was pretty fire. I like how the show starts off with extreme ideologies and anime logic cause it means it's actually going somewhere.
