Found the reason of that. Already compiling fix-updates. Sorry for that.
can confirm using in game cheats creates the bug as well tried regular game got to maybe courage 43 didnt work either still grayed out?
Oh i misread the first time but I actually didn't use external cheats. I just started a new game and used the in game cheats just like before and its still grayed out.

I'm just tested it: everything works fine. Looks like you used external cheats to get those stats, that's why there is some bug with that quest. You need to start a new game and use only built ingame cheat mode if you want to cheat. Otherwise there will be other bugs.
I can't go to town the button is grayed out even though I have 99 courage? Appreciate any help!
