Thanks. Google is still blocked but I have downloaded from MEGA.

Edited. Now there is Mega too. Not sure how it work and is it works at all, but hope you can now download it.

That would be nice. I never had any problems with MEGA. Unfortunately I never uploaded there so I don't know how to do it right.

So, what should I do? Make new links on new platforms like Mega etc.?

it is this way, when user do not have google account :/ Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator.

Didn't knew there's download limit.
