Right clicking and then view image, and saving the picture from there seems to fix it, but that IS really weird. And even after your edit it still tries to download a rar file that cant even be opened. Guess something got messed on patreon's back end.

On my system is downloads as a textedit document. Strange. Patreon was in maintenance mode earlier and I'm guessing this skewed things a bit. I have no explanation. I tried to edit the entry and reattach the image but got the same result. Sorry.
