I would love doing a Renaissance Film watch party! Beyonce adds so much to these songs live, and has a few iconic songs she performs along the way. The film also gives you a lot of insight into who she is and how hard she works. You'd definitely come to appreciate her artistry in a whole new way

You ARE a BAD BITCH ALIEN SUPERSTAR, Steven, and you hit the nail on the head!! She actually made COWBOY CARTER first (5 years ago), but held off from releasing it when the pandemic started and made RENAISSANCE to put out first. She wanted to give people confidence and a reason to dance after the hellish years we've had since 2020, which is why the whole album is like a non-stop DJ setlist. She also dedicated this album to the queer community, and her uncle Jonny (who she shouts out in HEATED). He made their early Destiny's Child costumes alongside her mother, before they had a budget. He was a gay man who sadly lost his life to the AIDS epidemic. We're still waiting on the RENAISSANCE tour to be released on streaming platforms, but I cannot wait to watch with you once it is!! ❤🏳‍🌈
